Return Policy

Scope of Application

These return conditions apply to all orders placed via the trophy shop on www.topmueller.ch.


Right of Return for Standard Items

For non-personalized standard items, we grant a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.


Exclusion of the Right of Return (Personalized Items)

As most of our products are custom-made, the right of return is excluded for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. This applies without exception to all trophies, medals, cups, pins, and awards that feature individual engraving, custom printing, a personal logo, or special shaping.


Defects, Transport Damage, and Incorrect Deliveries

We carefully inspect our trophies before shipping. However, if a delivered item has been damaged during transport or has a production or engraving error (e.g., engraving that differs from your approved design), please report this in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Please send us an email including your invoice number, a brief description of the issue, and meaningful photos to info@topmueller.ch. In the case of a defect caused by us or transport damage, we will promptly arrange a replacement or correction at no cost to you.


Return Process for Eligible Returns

If a standard item is to be returned or a damaged item is to be sent back after prior agreement, please proceed as follows:

  1. Notify us in advance of the return via info@topmueller.ch.
  2. Pack the goods securely for transport, ideally in the original packaging.
  3. Send the package to the following address: topmüller.ch GmbH, Hoffacherrain 4, CH-5082 Kaisten


Return Shipping Costs

The buyer bears the shipping costs for returning standard items that are not to their liking. In the case of justified complaints (defects, damage, incorrect deliveries), we will of course cover the return shipping costs and reimburse the postage.

 

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will refund the corresponding amount within 7 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
